You’ll learn and improve movements like Olympic lifts, squats, presses, pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand work, and more—progressively and with expert coaching. Every workout is different, keeping things fresh, fun, and results-driven.

From complete beginners to experienced athletes, every session is fully scalable to meet you where you're at. You’ll be guided through each workout with options that match your ability, helping you progress at your own pace in a supportive, high-energy environment.

ENGINE ROOM

Each session is varied and scalable, combining ergs, barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements in a way that challenges both beginners and seasoned athletes. You’ll learn how to pace yourself effectively, push through fatigue, and develop lasting endurance, all while training in a supportive and motivating environment.

BACK TO BASICS

Every great athlete, lifter, and mover starts with strong fundamentals—and that’s exactly what Back to Basics is all about. This session is designed to slow things down, strip back the complexity, and focus on mastering the essentials so you can build a solid foundation for long-term progress.

With small-group coaching and a relaxed, no-pressure vibe, this class is the perfect space to refine movement patterns, build confidence, and develop the skills that show up in our main sessions. Whether you’re completely new to training or an experienced athlete looking to dial in technique, our expert coaches will break things down step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable, capable, and in control.

With access to everything Novo has to offer—barbells, ergs, kettlebells, rigs, and more—this is your time to hone your craft, build confidence, and put in the extra work that takes your fitness to the next level.

Coaches will be on hand to offer guidance, but this is your session to train independently, experiment with new movements, and chase your personal goals on your own terms. Whether you’re following a personal programme, hitting accessory work, or just moving for the love of it, Open Gym is all about your journey, your progress, and your time on the gym floor.

Built Together is all about teamwork, camaraderie, and shared success, bringing people together through long-format partner and team workouts that test endurance, strategy, and mental toughness.

These sessions are designed to be challenging but fun, creating an atmosphere where you’ll push past limits, dig deeper, and find that extra gear—not just for yourself, but for your team. Whether you’re working through gritty endurance pieces, synchronised lifts, or fast-paced intervals, every workout is built to encourage communication, teamwork, and trust.

Nothing bonds people like getting through a tough workout together—cheering each other on, grinding through reps side by side, and celebrating every small victory as a team. BEGINNERS

Your first step into functional fitness.

New to training? Curious about how we do things? Beginners is the perfect starting point—a supportive, no-pressure fundamentals class designed to help you feel confident, capable, and ready to train.

We get it—stepping into a gym for the first time (or after some time away) can feel daunting. That’s why this class is all about going at your own pace. You'll be guided through key movements, including barbell basics, bodyweight exercises, and core strength training—focusing on technique, movement quality, and building confidence from the ground up.

Our expert coaches will break everything down in a way that’s easy to follow, giving you the tools and support you need to train safely and effectively.

The best part? You’ll be learning alongside others who are starting out just like you—creating a welcoming environment where everyone’s progress is celebrated.

  • Classes run in 6-week blocks

  • £40 per block

  • Held every Monday at 7:30pm

  • This class runs based on demand—if there's interest, we’ll run it!

You’re welcome to stay in this class for as long as you need before moving into the next level. No pressure, no ego—just real support from coaches who care.
